Company leadership
Co-owners and managing partners Eitan Jalali and Adina Mashiach guide LASW with complementary focuses. Eitan leads implementation, operations, and delivery, while Adina shapes company vision, experience, and growth.

Eitan focuses on turning the company's direction into dependable day-to-day execution. He helps connect planning, systems, logistics, and on-site delivery so the details behind each LASW experience move forward.

Adina focuses on the vision for where LASW is going and how families and partners experience the company. She helps shape new ideas, relationships, and opportunities for thoughtful growth.
Responsibilities
Coaches and activity staff lead the confirmed program on site. New team members begin as Coaches in Training and may participate only under direct supervision. They complete LASW training and California Live Scan screening before serving independently as coaches. As long-term team members become established, LASW can add them here without mixing coaching roles into company leadership.
