Our Approach

Built around the child in front of us

LASW starts with the child or group, then adjusts the coaching, challenge, pace, and activity plan so the experience feels approachable, engaging, and worth building on.

Thoughtful planning, adaptable formats, and full-service delivery

What families can expect

The plan adapts as the child grows

We begin at a level that makes participation possible, watch how the child responds, and adjust from there.

  • Start where the child feels comfortable
  • Add challenge as confidence grows
  • Adjust the group so everyone stays involved

Confidence and inclusion

Different starting points can still lead to meaningful progress

Inclusion is not one easier version of the same activity. It means noticing what helps each child join, stay engaged, and feel successful.

01

New to the activity

We make the first steps understandable, lower the pressure, and build confidence through achievable progress.

02

Ready for more challenge

We raise the pace and complexity when a child is ready to develop stronger sport-specific skills.

03

Unsure about joining in

We begin with connection and trust, then create approachable ways to participate without forcing the moment.

04

Part of a mixed group

We adjust roles, rules, and challenges so different ages and ability levels can stay involved together.

Full-service execution

We plan it, bring it, and run it

LASW uses formats refined through years of delivery, then adjusts them around the audience, goals, setting, and client requests. We plan and manage the LASW portion of the experience, not the host's entire event.

What shapes the plan

What the child or group enjoys
Current experience and confidence
Goals for the activity
Ages and group size
Location and available space
Schedule and practical constraints
01

Plan

We adapt a proven format around the people, goals, setting, and confirmed LASW deliverables.

02

Staff

We assign coaches for the ages, group size, activity, and level of support needed.

03

Equip

We bring the age-appropriate equipment and prepare the agreed activity area.

04

Run

We lead the agreed activity, manage its flow, and handle the LASW setup and breakdown.

One LASW team stays responsible from the initial plan through coaching, setup, delivery, and breakdown.

I absolutely Love the new owners. So kind and kid oriented. Everyone had so much fun at their event and the kids had a great nap after, which was my favorite part. I'm grateful!! 20/10 would recommend them.
